Relive’s Cash Advances program lets eligible agents request a cash advance on specific invoices with no fees or interest. It’s designed to help with short-term cash flow while you wait for commissions to be paid.
Who Qualifies
You must meet all of the following to qualify:
1) Production volume (last 90 days)
You’ve closed at least $5,000 in total volume (rent amount) within the last 90 days.
2) Commission limit (last 30 days)
If you’ve received $2,500 or more in commissions paid to you within the last 30 days, you’re not eligible for more advances this month.
Eligibility resets when your collected commissions fall below $2,500 in any 30-day period.
3) Monthly limit
You can receive up to $2,500 total in advances per calendar month.
4) Proof of move-in
You must upload proof your client moved in. Accepted proof includes:
- Lease confirmation showing the move-in date
- Message from the property or the client (email or text is fine)
- Must be dated on or after the move-in date
How to Request an Advance
Follow these exact steps to request your advance:
- Open the invoice
Go to your submitted invoice in the Relive App.
- Click “Request Cash Advance”
If you’re eligible, you’ll see a Request Cash Advance button on the invoice.
If you don’t see the button, you’re not eligible right now.

- Attach proof of move-in
Upload the move-in proof directly on the invoice.
- Wait for approval
Track your request in the Advancements section. Finance reviews requests and you’ll receive a decision within a few business days.

Advancement Details
Amount: You can request 30% of the total invoice amount.
Timing: Advances are available starting the same day your client moves in.
Repayment: Once the property pays the invoice, your advance will be automatically deducted from your final commission.
Fees: There are no fees or interest.
