Stabilizers
Most top agents who generate leads through social media content invest in a stabilizer.
This tool is great for video recording, capturing smoother angles and eliminating shaky footage.
Our recommendations
These two stabilizers are great options, depending on your skills:
- DJI Osmo Mobile SE, for beginners ($89): Amazon link
- DJI Osmo Mobile 6, for experts ($139): Amazon link
How to use a stabilizer
Before diving into any tutorial, make sure you're recording all your videos in vertical mode. This is the best aspect ratio for Instagram Reels and TikTok, ensuring your content looks great and fits perfectly on these platforms.

Microphones
Top agents often invest in wireless lavalier microphones for superior voice-over quality in videos posted on social media.
If you're just starting out, prioritize your investments: first, get a phone with a good camera, then a stabilizer.
You can add a microphone later, as many social media videos don’t need voice-overs.
When you're ready, a quality mic will elevate your social media content to the next level!
Our recommendations
These two microphones are great options, depending on your skills:
- DJI Mic ($159), for beginners: Amazon link
- Rode Wireless GO II ($299), for experts: Amazon link
