If you’re referring a client to an agent outside of Relive, you’ll need to use one of the referral agreement templates provided below. These agreements ensure you’re legally protected and help you collect your referral commission once the deal closes.
Instructions
- Only use these agreements when referring clients to agents who are NOT part of Relive.
- Referral commission percentages are negotiable. However, a standard referral fee is typically 25% of the gross commission earned by the receiving agent.
- Both you, the receiving agent and our broker must sign the agreement before the client is introduced.
- For Relive Locating Agents: send the document signed by you (agent) to alexa@reliverealty.com
- For Relive Realty Agents: Have this signed by to our broker to sign goldin.kilian@rebrokerforce.com
